Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting slow and mindful art. There is no mass production at artless: khadi garments are made to order, while paintings are individual artworks presented on their respective product pages.

I can accept approximately 10–15 orders for made-to-order garments each month. Due to the handmade process and drying time, their estimated production time is 2–3 weeks. This is the time needed to make the garments; delivery may take additional time.

  1. Production and shipping schedule

Order of production: As I work alone, I make garments after payment has been completed, in the order in which orders are received.

Production time and delivery: Production of made-to-order garments begins after payment has been completed and is expected to take 2–3 weeks. Shipping and delivery may take additional time. For finished paintings, I will provide information about dispatch times on the product page or in the order confirmation. I will notify you by email when your parcel has been handed over to the carrier and provide tracking information where available.

  1. Shipping destinations and costs

I have set shipping charges so that domestic orders have a fixed shipping fee regardless of weight or size, while the additional costs of cross-border shipping are shared:

Within Hungary: Shipping costs HUF 2,000 for orders below HUF 80,000.

To other EU member states: For shipping to EU member states outside Hungary, a fixed shipping fee of HUF 9,200 (approximately EUR 25) is charged at checkout. EUR amounts are indicative only; the amount shown at checkout applies.

Free shipping: Orders of HUF 80,000 or more qualify for free shipping, both within Hungary and to other EU member states.

  1. Logistics partners and delivery

Physical products ordered from the online store are delivered within Hungary by Magyar Posta Zrt. (MPL), with delivery to your address. Shipping costs HUF 2,000 per order; orders of HUF 80,000 or more qualify for free shipping. After dispatch, I will email you the tracking number where available.

Please provide an accurate shipping address, a working email address, and a telephone number at checkout so that the carrier can contact you on the day of delivery.

For deliveries to EU member states outside Hungary, I use Magyar Posta Zrt.’s international parcel services (MPL Europe Standard / Európa+). International shipments include detailed tracking and insurance. After dispatch, I will send you the tracking number by email. Depending on the destination country, estimated delivery within the EU generally takes 2–7 working days from dispatch. This does not include the production time for made-to-order products.

  1. What should you do if your parcel arrives damaged?

I package every garment and painting with great care to protect it during shipping. If the box is visibly damaged in transit, please inspect its contents while the courier is still present. If the product is also damaged, please ask the courier to record the damage where possible, and notify me as soon as possible at email@artless.hu so that I can help resolve the issue.

The timing of your report and the absence of a damage report do not, in themselves, restrict your statutory consumer rights.
